Faktenkontor uses Valuescope Evalueator to conduct intensive study of online reputation of German corporate banks

Faktenkontor a German based communication agency has conducted an intense study of online reputation of Germany corporate banks using the web monitoring tool “PRception”. PRception has been developed in cooperation with Valuescope based on our proprietary tool “eValueator”. Faktenkontor analyzed statements in forums, chats, news, blogs and social networks about nine of the largest corporate banks in Germany. Testing period was January to August 2010. During this period over 100,000 statements have been analyzed and automatically evaluated.
